I call again to cancel and tell them to pick up their equipment and I block the auto draft until this is resolved. Over the next 3 months I play telephone tag with them to get techs out there 3 different times and still no one has fixed it. He finally schedules me a tech and tells me he found a way to save me a few dollars per month. I call back they’re equally useless so I’m forced to yell swear and scream to get connected to the person who can cancel my account. That didn’t stop the noise and I was never put on a list to contact to schedule. It didn’t, I asked for a tech, I was instead told to unplug it to stop the noise till they got there. I called the help number and was advised it would stop on it’s own.
